Accomodation for your recreational holiday in Lech Double room (2 persons) Our double room guarantees peaceful nights after a physically active day. All double rooms are equipped with shower/WC or bath / WC, cable TV with international channels, safe, telephone. Triple (3 people) Our triple rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms, but an extra bed for third person. Family room (with two additional children's beds) Our family rooms offer the additional option of a separate small room for the children which is adjoined to the parents room.

Prices per room (without additional bed) per day excl. Guest tax Euro 3,80 per person per night from the age of 14 years. On arrival, the rooms and garage are available from 12: 00 h and on departure until 10:00 h. In winter, closed on Tuesdays (subject to change).

Summer Rates Summer 2024 End of June to end of September Halfboard only to the middle of September. Please note, in summer season we offer no dinner on Thursdays night. Breakfast € 114,– to 120,– Halfboard € 138,– to 144,–

Surcharge for short stay up to 4 nights in winter 10, - € per room per day in summer up to 4 nights 6, - € per room per day.

Child discounts are available only in an extra bed with 2 full paying persons
1-3 years 15,- EUR, 50% for 4-8 years, 70% for 9-12 years, from 13 years onwards 80% off regular price.

All our rooms are equipped with bath or shower /WC, telephone, cable TV with a selection of international channels, hairdryer and safe. Some have balconies. Each room has a garage space for your car or motorbike allotted. Beds are open at the foot of the bed and therefore offer even tall people freedom of movement. We also offer Internet connection through our free WiFi.

Prices are per room per day with half board (buffet breakfast and dinner) including all taxes excluding local tourist tax - Euro 3.80 per person per night (from age 14 upwards). In the summer season by choice, bed and breakfast is possible.

We recommend taking out a travel insurance. They can be monitored online and be implied in the case of a cancellation.

At an early departure or late arrival the room will charged. In the event of cancellation, the Austria Hotel cacellation policy provisions apply. (Cancellation fees: up to 1 month in advance 40%, up to 1 week in advance 70% in the last week 90% of the overall arrangements)

Please inform us if you arrive after 18.00 h. On arrival you have the room and garage from 12.00 h and until 10.00 h on departure day.

For small children we have travel cots and baby chairs on request.
In the interest of all our guests we do not accept pets.

Free use of local buses during the day. Stop about 100 meters away from the house. Ski rental / ski service, ski and prepared winter hiking trails are nearby.
